Preparation Instructions:
Many thanks to Peter from Beirut Lebanon for allowing us to publish his pancakes with chocolate syrup recipe. To begin the preparation process, first you will want to take out a large mixing bowl, and then thoroughly sift together the white all purpose baking flour, pure baking powder, granulated table salt, and granulated white cane sugar. Once these contents are well mixed, create a dip in the center, and then pour into it the cold 2% milk, large fresh whole egg, and the melted real salted butter. Using an electric mixer, rapidly beat these ingredients together until the pancake batter is smooth and even. Moving along, next take out a large cooking skillet, and then lightly grease it with butter or vegetable oil. Set the burner to medium high heat, and then add in a scoop of batter per pancake. Brown the pancakes on both sides, then remove them from the skillet. Finally you will want to heat your chocolate syrup, then drizzle it warm over the top of the pancakes stack. Serve the pancakes with crispy bacon.
