To get started, please take out a boiling pot, and then add into it the crushed Nestle milk chocolate bar, pure cane white sugar, bottled water, cocoa powder, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, gourmet sea salt, and vanilla extract. Heat this batch of contents over medium high heat, then bring them to a full rolling boil. Next reduce the heat to low, and let the syrup simmer until it reaches a desired thickness.
