To begin, please take out a heavy saucepan, and then add in the Monin green mint syrup, pure mint extract, organic chocolate chips, liquid vanilla extract, bottled spring water, table salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Using a metal whisk, whip these ingredients together, then place your saucepan on the stove over medium high heat. While your mint chocolate syrup is heating, stir the mixture often to prevent any burning from taking place. Once all of the chocolate has melted, and a smooth and creamy syrup has been created, remove the saucepan from the stove, and let the syrup cool for roughly five minutes. This syrup is delicious used as the flavor based for a tall cold glass of mint chocolate milk.
