Preparation Instructions:
This DaVinci chocolate syrup recipe was given to me by a friend who lives in La Grande Oregon. To start the preparation process, please take out a cooking pot, and then add in the chocolate syrup, unsweetened cocoa powder, white cane sugar, ground nutmeg, vanilla extract, bottled water, kosher salt, and ground cinnamon. Briskly mix these ingredients together using a wooden spoon, then place your cooking pot on to the stove over medium high heat. Bring your chocolate syrup to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let the contents simmer for about five minutes. Be sure to continuously stir throughout the heating process, as you do not want to burn your syrup. Once the syrup is creamy and smooth, remove it from the stove and let it cool down. Try this rich and silky chocolate syrup with fresh strawberries, pineapple wedges, or even poured on granola cereal.
