Next you will want to firmly place a lid on to the top of the container, and then pulse the machine until your milkshake has a desired consistency. I don't like my milkshakes to be overly thick, hence the two cups of milk, as opposed to only one. If you do however like an extra thick milkshake, then it's probably best that you only use one or one and a half cups of milk.
