Preparation Instructions:
This is probably the best chocolate syrup I have tried, and it's highly recommended. To begin please take out a heavy saucepan. Add into the pan the Saint Brendan's Irish Cream Liqueur, crushed Hershey's extra dark chocolate bar, dark brown sugar, ground nutmeg, spring water, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and table salt. Bring these contents to a boil over medium heat, stirring while the syrup melts. Next reduce the heat to low, then let the syrup simmer for three to five minutes, or until it reaches a desired thickness and consistency. Remove the syrup from the stove, and let it cool down for about five minutes. This syrup is particularly delicious when drizzled over ice cold vanilla ice cream. It can also be used as a chocolate fondue dipping syrup. Thank you again for visiting us. Do check out all of our other heavenly chocolate syrup creations.
